This course is designed to TEACH YOU how to develop the awareness, the power, the strength and harness the excitement for life altering change. The thinking that has you in this situation is NOT the same thinking that will get you out of it. Developing awareness in order to create the ability to make a different choice. Developing the different choices and motivating factors to MAKE REAL CHANGE!

*Workouts are designed for you and your body, your range of motion and ability. Don't be scared off, this is time set aside for you to join the group or for you to move in a way that moves you.
