WHAT MAKES IT SUSTAINABLE:
How do I keep going and maintain progress?
SIMPLE: Now that you know how to do protein days and cleanse days, you can pick a day each week or maybe choose weekdays to do Protein days. I like to do protein days M-TH and then once a month do a cleanse day. Ask friends to do it with you. I love getting a group of friends together to do a cleanse day!
