  • MINDSET HACK: Another exciting opportunity to check in with our mindset around food, I mentioned yesterday that we are lucky enough most days to go out and get whatever we want, whenever we want. So knowing that, know that over these next two days you may be challenged. But believe me whatever it is you are craving, will be waiting for you on the other side of this challenge, we live in ABUNDANCE. You are not lacking, we are rarely, if ever truly Hungry and I doubt ever starving lol (although we like to whine about it)

  • Journal Prompt: Am I ever truly starving? Do I eat out of Habit or Boredom? What Stories about food do I get to let go of?

  • MIND HACK: As you head into the last Protein/Shake day how are you feeling going into the next cleanse day? Excited or Scared? If its scared plug into the community of other people doing it too. We are 68% more likely to succeed at goals when reaching them with others. Don't isolate, reach out!

DAY 10 - cleanse day

  • MINDSET: Here's a fun thing to think about, if you had a million dollar car, would you put donuts and bagels in the gas can and expect it to run optimally? No, it would die and not even make it down the street. YOU are a million dollar machine so put million dollar material in the tank and watch it run!
  • MEDIATION: Your body and Energy
  • READ A LABEL: Take a look at all the ingredients in cleanse for life

DAY 11 - cleanse day

  • PREBIOTICS AND PROBITICS: Did you know that we have more bacteria in our body than we do cells. Greens are prebiotics, fiber are prebiotics and when your gut is right, so is your mind and skin and so many other things.

How do I keep going and maintain progress?


SIMPLE: Now that you know how to do protein days and cleanse days, you can pick a day each week or maybe choose weekdays to do Protein days. I like to do protein days M-TH and then once a month do a cleanse day. Ask friends to do it with you. I love getting a group of friends together to do a cleanse day!
